HELLAWEEN STORY IN BERKELEY: MISTER LOVELESS GOES BLOODY

One of my favorite Bay Area bands, MISTER LOVELESS, played their last show of the year last night at Blake's on Telegraph in Berkeley. It was a Halloween themed show entitled, "Hellaween" and the band all dressed up as mad scientists. The 6th song into the set, frontman Rob Miller jumped up too high and hit his head very hard on a pipe. He then fell to the ground and continued playing his guitar while bleeding profusely all over his face. People in attendance thought it was an act and cheered endlessly. MISTER LOVELESS finished the song and people then realized it was not an act but that Rob was in actually in critical condition and was immediately taken to a hospital and given stitches for the giant gash on the head. Just reading the comments on their Myspace page provides a dramatic blow by blow of this bloody Halloween event.

This was a night to remember but not because of the usual one too many drinks and smashed guitars!

For being only the second show presented by SOUNDPICK.NET, we have our hands full to top that! lol
Love you Mr. Loveless!
